Dessert in a cup smoothie recipe
/I can’t wait to share this recipe with you because it is definitely one of my absolute favorites! This smoothie isn’t just a normal smoothie, it truly is a healthy decadent treat! This smoothie is creamy and chocolatey and almost like a chocolate pudding in texture! It’s the perfect treat for after dinner, an afternoon pick-me-up, or honestly any time! It has antioxidants from the cacao, healthy fats from the avocado, and lots of fiber from the chia seeds!
Dessert in a cup:
-½ avocado
-1 cup almond milk
-2 tablespoons chia seeds
-1 tablespoon cacao powder
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 tablespoon coconut butter
-1 tablespoon agave (you also could add in a frozen banana for a little more sweetness!)
-3-4 ice cubes
