My Famous Stroganoff
/As we are heading into the coziest season of the year, i’ve been so excited about making all my favorite warm soups, strews, and pasta dishes. Last week I was feeling like a pasta dish that was hearty but also felt fresh and so I decided to create my own take on ‘beef stroganoff’ and It was SO GOOD. My husband had four helpings and told me I needed to put this recipe on our weekly rotation.
I love this recipe because it feels so much fancier than your basic spaghetti recipe but It really does not take much longer to make. I’m all about simple, no-fuss recipes that are nourishing and delicious and this one is that. I hope you love it!
